It has been soooo long I hate it. School started and I don’t even do anything anymore, but it’s okay because I started planning a bunch of trips so starting in november up until the rest of my life I will be traveling A LOT! But since I miss blogging and going on adventures, I’m just gonna write about things you need and have to do this fall. (Shoutout for Mallory for requesting a fall favorites blog post, here it is!) ALSO sorry this does’t have a lot of picture I’m not really sure what pictures to use.
Let’s start with clothes and makeup because that is one of the best things about fall. Since I live in California, and this is the first year I won’t be going to the east coast for November, I don’t really purchase a lot of super warm clothes. However, camel hair coats and big puffer coats from Abercrombie and Fitch are some of my favorite things to wear. I like to stock up on lots of long sleeve stripped shirts to pair with these jackets. I also am a huge fan of dresses or skirts with tights underneath, which can keep you cute and warm. If you are like me and want to buy cute fall clothes but won’t have a huge time range to wear them, you want to shop on a budget. Try Abercrombie, Forever 21, and Lulu’s. Lulu’s is an online store that has lots of cute clothes, especially dresses, for a low price. Okay now makeup. This is what fall is known for: smokey eyes, dark lipstick, and intense contour. If you have no idea what to do for fall makeup, worry not! I suggest the Anastasia Beverly Hills Modern Renaissance pallet since it has lots of different fall colors, but can be used in any season. Try (all of these weird names I list are the names of the colors) Tempera all over the lid, Warm Taupe on outside y/outer lid and spread into crease, do the same thing with raw sienna and a little of burnt orange, and then Golden Ochre on the inner lid. For a little pizzaz, use Primavera on top of Golden Ochre. (Tip: put concealer on the area you are going to add sparkle eyeshadow to make it stick better). I suggest roller lash mascara, which is my new favorite, and Too Faced melted matte lipstick in Chocolate Honey. To make this look glam, add a flick of eyeliner, Huda Beauty lashes in Raquel, and a dark brown lipstick.
Okay places you need to go this fall. Well the obvious first place is a pumpkin patch because well I don’t even need to explain that one. Get dressed up one night and go to dinner with you LADIES. If you really want to go big and want to escape California, which I don’t blame you, fly out to old time Virginia. Make your way down to Williamsburg, Duke of Gloucester Street, and Monticello. These places are some of my favorite places I have ever been in my entire life and seeing them in the fall is basically entering heaven. The air is so crisp and seeing actual fall weather makes my heart happy. Also, doing the ghost tour of Duke of Gloucester Street during Halloween time is the funnest and also terrifying thing ever. But best of all, stay in all cuddly in your pjs with your killer makeup. Light some fall candles, I suggested pumpkin cupcake from bath and body works, and build fort. Fall is about being with people so you don’t really need to or go places to make this year the best fall yet.

Okay well those are some of my favorite fall things! I can’t wait till November comes and I can start sharing my trips! My first stop is Texas, so that blog will be bigger. Please tell me you got that joke.
